When you spend between €5.00 and €200 you will earn cashback. If you spend lower than €5.00 you will not qualify to earn cashback. Likewise, the maximum you can cashback on is €200.
In the majority of cases you should receive cashback into your Tapit app within a few seconds of purchase, for all qualifying purchases (see Question 1). However, some locations and payment terminal do not provide real time notifications of purchases. Please allow 3-5 days for the transaction to come through on the app.

If you still have not been notified of the transaction on the app, then there may be an issue where the payment terminal at the location has been updated, and we have not been notified. In this case, we need to run a refresh to pick up the new Merchant ID from the location in question. Please email us at tapus@tapit.ie and we will investigate.

You have to have a minimum of €25 in your Tapit App balance to withdraw. You can then withdraw the funds directly to your bank account by entering your IBAN
